16 degrees and its still hot !?

What's Wrong: The Air conditioner in our classroom is 16 degrees and not eco-friendly. That isn't so bad when it comes to the windows. Gaps can be seen in the windows where cold air is wasted, resulting in more electricity wasted.
So: SST should replace the windows with an air tight one. Or we could wait until we move to the new campus. Hopefully the new campus has air-tight windows.
